By registering or giving consent, participants and/or legal guardians agree to the use of photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes on NextGen Handball platforms (website, social media, printed materials). No compensation is provided.

Data is accessible only to authorized NextGen Handball staff and selected third-party processors (IT, registration, analytics). Data is stored within the EU. If transferred outside the EU, safeguards per GDPR Chapter V will be applied.

Personal data is retained up to 6 months after the event unless a longer retention period is justified (e.g. legal obligations, promotional use).
